Basic Account Info
In order to buy weed online from GorillaJane, you will need to make an account. You can make an account by clicking “Log In/ Register” at the header.
No, you do not need to send us any type of ID to make an account.
Although you do not need to be a Canadian citizen to make an account, you will need a Canadian bank account and address to buy weed online with us.
Order/ Packing
From the outside, you won’t be able to tell that the order contains cannabis or marijuana-related products. All of our packages are either heat sealed or vacuum sealed to ensure that it’s odor-free.
Yes to both questions. All you need to do is send us an email and we can edit the order manually for you. You can cancel the order from your account dashboard, but if you can’t do this, let us know and we can also cancel the order for your manually!
Payments
We currently accept e-interac. We may also accept bitcoin or other types of cryptocurrency if you contact our customer service team.
Tax is included in the price. What you see is what you pay.
Once we have accepted your payment, you will be notified by your banking institution by email. You will then receive a tracking number from us within an hour or two.
Keep an eye out for a tracking number and wait for your order to arrive!
No. Due to the payment processing systems that we use, we cannot offer any refunds. If you want to cancel or edit an order (so that the final cost is cheaper), please do so before you send any payment to us.
As we cannot offer any refunds, any outstanding balances will be returned to you as store credit.
Yes, you can. The payment email and the account email doesn’t necessarily have to match. We do appreciate a heads up. If not, please make sure that you put the order number in the notes.
Please read the instructions carefully. We can only accept payments that are addressed properly.
We automatically cancel orders that are on hold after 48 hours unless you give us a heads up.
Shipping
We offer free XpressPost Shipping on all orders over $149!
For orders below $149, we charge $15 for Expedited Shippng and $20 for XpressPost Shipping.
We only ship within Canada.
We ship out all orders that are paid for before 10 AM PST on the same day. Any orders that come in or are paid for after 10 AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.
We do not ship packages on holidays or over the weekend.
XpressPost shipping typically takes anywhere from 2 to 4 business days; however, with the pandemic and the holidays, some customers are experiencing delays of up to 2 weeks. Canada Post no longer guarantees shipping times and neither do we.
Expedited Shipping usually takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive.
The delivery date will also depend on where you live, as well as how busy CanadaPost is at that location.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays. We can only drop off your package at Canada Post at the earliest convenience. If the order is paid by 1030 AM PST, your package will be dropped off at the post office the same day. The expected delivery date that we provide you is given to us by Canada Post when your shipping label is created, and this is an estimate only.
Sometimes, it takes CanadaPost awhile to update their system. If your tracking number doesn’t work, please wait 1 to 2 business days. if you still don’t see any updates, please contact us.
This happens if CanadaPost makes a processing error. The issue should correct itself within 1 to 2 business days; however, if your package doesn’t move or remains in the same location for more than 2 business days, please reach out to us.
CanadaPost is pretty swamped recently, and they do take a longer time to update and deliver packages. Please wait 2 to 3 business days before contacting us. If the package is not delivered within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us as well and we can start a claim on your behalf.
Please reach out to us first. Canada Post will not open a claim for the receiver, only the sender. If you would like to contact Canada Post, please do not mention that the package contains any cannabis or cannabis-related products.
